The Value Ground Lease gives you a wider scope for investment. You transfer the land for up to 70% of its market value in freehold. You can subsequently use it for a minimum of 30 years on a ground lease basis. At the end of the 30-year period, you can buy back the land.

Index Ground Lease

The Index Ground Lease is a popular type of leasing. You transfer the land for up to 70% of its market value in freehold. You immediately get to use the land for a minimum of 26 years on a ground lease basis. You have the option of regaining full ownership of the land at predetermined points in time using the corresponding buy-back formula.

Career Ground Lease

The Career Ground Lease product offers you both the lowest possible cost and long-term certainty regarding use for the land. You transfer the land for up to 70% of its market value in freehold. You immediately get to use it for a minimum period of 30 years on a ground lease basis.

Young Farmers' Ground Lease

The Young Farmers’ Ground Lease product was specially developed to give starting entrepreneurs investment scope. You transfer the land for up to 90% of its market value in freehold. You immediately get to use it for a minimum period of 30 years and a maximum period of 40 years on a ground lease basis.
