Rural real estate

We manage the largest privately owned portfolio of agricultural property in the Netherlands. We offer ground lease and leasehold options to entrepreneurs in rural real estate. We focus on areas where farmers can earn a good living and where climate-smart farmers are part of the operation.

Residential properties

a.s.r. real estate rents out houses and flats throughout the Netherlands. Most of these properties are located in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Zwolle. Our houses and flats are suitable for various target groups and situated in attractive locations.

Retail properties

The retail properties that we lease are located in key shopping areas in the Netherlands – in high street locations, shopping centres and supermarkets. The retail spaces that we lease meet the highest quality standards in their segment.

Offices

We lease offices situated near the larger intercity railway stations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven and Den Bosch. We therefore offer tenants officespace with good accessibility in a lively environment with many amenities.
