Long-term thinking is in our genes

Our vision

Investing in perpetual value

a.s.r. real estate has been investing in real estate on behalf of institutional investors and managing real estate portfolios for over 130 years. Forward thinking and sustainability are in our DNA. We are part of a.s.r., one of the largest listed and sustainable insurance companies in the Netherlands.

Stable asset development for institutional investors

Our real estate platform has six non-listed sector funds, which invest in retail- and residential properties, offices, real estate on science parks, agricultural land and renewable energy. We also manage separate mandates such estates for institutional investors.

The team of a.s.r. real assets investment partners is part of the platform but operates independently. We provide independent strategic advice to institutional investors on investing in real estate and infrastructure. We also take care of the implementation and monitoring of these investments. We do this not only in the Netherlands, but worldwide.

Real estate is all about people

Thanks to our many years of experience, we know that real estate asset management is fundamentally about people. People who count on us to provide a pleasant commercial, residential and work environment. People who rely on financial security through their pension fund and insurance company. And, of course, our own people.

Investing in tools and talent

We invest not only in advanced systems and tools but also in attracting and retaining the most experienced and talented professionals. We strongly believe that investing in quality is the best way to guarantee a return on investment and value creation in the long term. By investing responsibly in high-quality infrastructure and real estate, our team delivers on our promise to ‘invest in perpetual value'.

Our mission

We create perpetual value for our investors and society by applying our entrepreneurial spirit to all of our daily business activities and investing responsibly in high-quality real estate and infrastructure.
