First Bath & Body Works store in Amsterdam opens on Kalverstraat 73

a.s.r. real estate concluded a lease on behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund for the store on Kalverstraat 73 in Amsterdam, with 104 m2 retail space on the ground floor. Retail company Amarla establishes the first Bath & Body Works store in Amsterdam here. The store is scheduled to open on the 11th of November of 2021. This is the second lease agreement that a.s.r. real estate has concluded with Amarla. Earlier, both parties agreed a lease for the Victoria's Secret store on Koningsplein.
