HMV opens first store in the Netherlands at De Passage in The Hague

a.s.r. real estate, on behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund, has signed a long-term lease agreement with music retailer HMV (His Master’s Voice) for the store located at Spuistraat 29 in The Hague. The store, approximately 330 m² across two floors, will be fully dedicated to retail. The store is scheduled to open for business on 28 November.
