a.s.r. real estate has entered into a lease agreement with GenScript Biotech Corporation and Lesaffre on behalf of the ASR Dutch Science Park Fund. Planet B.io and the science park fund are pleased to announce that these companies are joining the growing ecosystem at Biotech Campus Delft. GenScript leases around 650 m2 in Van Iterson House as of April 1, Lesaffre leases around 690 m2 in Beijerinck Center as of April 1. Both office and laboratory buildings are owned by the ASR Dutch Science Park Fund, which took over the buildings from dsm-firmenich last year.

Lesaffre
Lesaffre is a global leader in the field of fermentation and biotechnology. It was founded in 1853, and its headquarters is located in France. On October 1, 2024, the company opened its first Dutch office at the Biotech Campus Delft, following the acquisition of the yeast extract activities of dsm-firmenich. This strategic step enabled the company to further grow the processing technologies for yeast derivatives. As of April 1, Lesaffre has moved to the 2nd floor of the Beijerinck Center.
