Alexandra Rosian appointed fund manager at ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund

Alexandra Rosian will join a.s.r. real estate as fund manager of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund on 1 November. In this role, she will be the primary point of contact for the fund’s investors here in the Netherlands and around the world. In close cooperation with the fund management team, she will work to further expand the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund and advance its aim to invest in offices located at key public transport hubs in the Netherlands.

Alexandra Rosian began her real estate career 14 years ago at Unibail-Rodamco, where she fulfilled various roles including asset manager with responsibility for the Dutch office portfolio. After a year at OVG (now EDGE), known for its development of innovative and sustainable office buildings, Alexandra made the move to Colliers in 2017. There she was responsible for retail investments and laid the foundation for Colliers’ Retail Capital Markets division. She returned to the office segment in 2022, courtesy of an internal transfer to Asset & Property Management of office portfolios at Colliers. From 1 November, Alexandra will bring her extensive experience to bear as fund manager of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund at a.s.r. real estate.
