327 flats Ottho in Amsterdam handed over to ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund

The last 104 of the total 327 apartments in the Ottho in Amsterdam have been handed over to the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund. 250 flats in this housing project are rented out for a maximum rent of €1350 per month. With this, the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund contributes to keeping housing affordable in Amsterdam. Ottho is the fourth project delivered to the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund this year. In total, almost 700 new dwellings have been added to the portfolio of a.s.r. real estate's residential fund this year.

Sustainable living

The project designed by MVSA-Architects pays a lot of attention to living quality and sustainability. For instance, the flats have an average A++ label, each residential tower is fitted with solar panels and connected to district heating. All flats have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of daylight into the houses. The flats are also fitted with laminate flooring and most also with solar screens. Almost every flat has an outdoor space in the form of a terrace, loggia or balcony. In addition, Ottho has its own parking garage for bicycles and cars.

Meeting and high service level

Ottho has a large 1650 m² roof garden and a modern 150 m² communal living room with kitchen island where residents can meet. There are also MyPup lockers for sending and shipping parcels. Also  The James Company with a community manager and a service manager for residents is active in the building.

Easily accessible, amenities nearby

The residential towers are located on Ottho Heldringstraat, just off the A10 ring road in the Nieuw-West district. Amenities such as tram, metro and train, shops, offices and catering establishments are nearby and the Vondelpark and the Sloterplas are a short bike ride away.
