We make a positive contribution to current and future social issues, for example by providing affordable housing, investing in renovations and renewable energy. Investing with impact is also about social cohesion and meaningful communities. We look continuously at the needs and opportunities of tenants and locations in order to respond with targeted actions. These can be at community or individual level, to make sure everybody is heard and to facilitate the social benefits of our investments.
