The two towers of the Wonderwoods multifunctional real estate project are set to become the green landmark in the Utrecht railway station area. With 360 trees and 9,700 shrubs and plants, this building will contribute to the recovery of urban biodiversity. The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund will own the 14,000 m2 of office space and the 2,400 m2 Playlab.
This office extends sustainability beyond the environmental impact of construction and development - it is also about enhancing the liveability of the built environment in the longer term. ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund will become the owner. BNP Paribas, Arcadis and G&S vastgoed will occupy the building in 2024.
The 130-metre-high Tree House springs up right next to Rotterdam Central Station and is a dazzling addition to the city’s skyline. The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund has purchased the office and commercial buildings, totalling 17,000 m2, in this mixed-use construction.
The modern high-tech office building EDGE Eindhoven will be located in the centre of Eindhoven next to Central Station. It offers 25,000 m2 of space with an emphasis on a pleasant and healthy work environment. EDGE Eindhoven is part of the development of the station area: International Knoop XL. The 25,000 m2 modern high-tech office will be owned by the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund.
The sustainable modern office, with a BREEAM Excellent certificate and A++ energy label, is located on Fellenoord 17. The office is part of a hub zone scheduled to undergo a complete transformation in the coming years under the name Internationale Knoop XL
