The office portfolio of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund consists of sustainable offices in easily accessible locations in the Netherlands, close to the larger intercity stations in the five largest cities of the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Eindhoven.
The two towers of the Wonderwoods multifunctional real estate project are the green landmark in the Utrecht railway station area. With 300 trees and 75.000 shrubs and plants, this building will contribute to the recovery of urban biodiversity. The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund owns the 14,000 m2 of office space and commercial spaces.
This office extends sustainability beyond the environmental impact of construction and development - it is also about enhancing the liveability of the built environment in the longer term. ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund will become the owner. BNP Paribas, Arcadis and G&S vastgoed will occupy the building in 2024.
The 130-metre-high Tree House springs up right next to Rotterdam Central Station and is a dazzling addition to the city’s skyline. The ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund has purchased the office and commercial buildings, totalling 17,000 m2, in this mixed-use construction.
The sustainable modern office, with a BREEAM Excellent certificate and A++ energy label, is located on Fellenoord 17. The office is part of a hub zone scheduled to undergo a complete transformation in the coming years under the name Internationale Knoop XL
