Our Research & Intelligence and ESG teams jointly developed a climate risk monitor to analyse and monitor climate-related risks in our portfolio. This comprehensive climate risk assessment identifies vulnerabilities to climate-related impacts, including four major climate risks: heat, drought, flooding and extreme weather. We turn these insights into targeted actions to mitigate risks and create a futureproof and climate-adaptive living environment.
