This requires a location that can provide suitable forms of accommodation to these commercial companies. The ASR Dutch Science Park Fund invests in these real estate facilities.

The ASR Dutch Science Park Fund actively contributes to this. The fund invests in sustainable real estate that fulfils the accommodation needs of the various companies and institutions in a science park. Meet the team

The ASR Dutch Science Park Fund is led by a dedicated and experienced Fund Management Team, consisting of a fund director, fund manager and fund controller. A team of asset managers, acquisition managers, property managers and technical asset managers maintains contact with tenants and is responsible for acquisitions and sales, operations and management of the portfolio. The entire team works in-house and is fully dedicated to the science park fund, optimally serving our investors and tenants.
